First Coast Birthday Menu and Deep-Fried jam sandwich

First Coast restaurant is having a special birthday menu and have taken customer suggestions for their menu on Tuesday 15th March. The delicious deep fried jam sandwich has been brought back on the menu by popular demand. It first featured on the First Coast menu when they opened in 2003 and the dish was raved about in one of the restaurant’s first reviews. With their 8th birthday approaching, Hector MacRae and the team at First Coast decided to ask regulars what has been their favourite dish over the years. As well as the notorious jam sandwich, customers have requested delights such as cauliflower cream beef rending and shitake mushrooms for starters, homemade potato gnocchi and pan fried hake for mains and lemon posset and layered chocolate and hazelnut meringue cake for dessert. The dinner will be available on Tuesday the 15th March where you can sample all of First Coast's classics for £22.95 including tea and coffee. Starters and sweets will be served as a taster of each dish listed so the only difficult decision will be what to have for a main!
