Sloe Sherry
Made exclusively for Demijohn in Malton, North Yorkshire, Sloe Sherry is for the serious sloe berry addict who simply can’t get enough of those delicious hedgerow berries. Less rich and lighter than the traditional Sloe Gin, Sloe Sherry is perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif or to fill that hip flask on a cold winter’s day. It can even be mixed with Champagne to make a Kir Royale or added to gravies and sauces for red meats for a richer flavour.
True to its name Sloe Sherry cannot be made in a hurry. After years of experimentation and months of steeping the Sloe Sherry is finally ready.

They are sold from large glass demijohns and decanted into the reusable bottle of your choice and a personal message can be added for free.
