Hadrian’s, Edinburgh’s much loved chic and buzzy brasserie, is a favourite choice for stylish dining in Edinburgh. Popular with discerning Edinburgh diners and hotel guests alike, Hadrian’s stylish atmosphere is reflected in both, its décor and the excellent contemporary menu. The cuisine has a strong international influence with a classic Scottish twist. Executive Chef Jeff Bland, who is a regular guest on ’The Hour’ on STV, and Head Chef Peter Fleming have created a cosmopolitan menu offering a mix of Scottish dishes and innovative international cuisine using the finest produce Scotland has to offer.
